BankPDFtoXLS is operated by Matrizexplícita Lda, a Portuguese limited company. It is an independent software service that converts user-supplied PDF bank statements into Excel, CSV, and QBO files. BankPDFtoXLS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by any bank, credit union, payment processor, or accounting-software vendor whose name appears on this site.
Why bank names appear on this site
The service is useful only when a prospective customer can confirm that it handles statements from their specific institution. Names of financial institutions, such as Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, Navy Federal Credit Union, USAA, and others, appear on our pages strictly to describe statement-format compatibility. This is nominative descriptive use of a trademark and it is permitted under United States and European trademark law because (a) the service cannot accurately be described without identifying the institution whose statement format it supports, (b) only as much of the mark is used as is reasonably necessary to identify the institution, and (c) nothing on this site suggests sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or any other commercial relationship with the trademark owner.

We do not display third-party logos on bank-specific pages of this site. Where you see a name, it is the name in plain text only.
Ownership of marks
All bank, credit-union, payment-processor, and accounting-software names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. References to "Navy Federal Credit Union" refer to the registered trademark of Navy Federal Credit Union. References to "Chase" and "JPMorgan Chase" refer to marks of JPMorgan Chase & Co. References to "Bank of America" refer to marks of Bank of America Corporation. References to "Wells Fargo" refer to marks of Wells Fargo & Company. References to "QuickBooks" and "QBO" refer to marks of Intuit Inc. References to other named institutions or products similarly refer to the marks of their respective owners. No claim of ownership over any third-party mark is made.
